Paying the Piper
We are a performing reportorial company, doing one production a year. As a non-profit organization our objectives are to enrich the community by keeping Gilbert and Sullivan alive, and to make community theater available to seniors and students who might otherwise not be able to attend a live Gilbert and Sullivan performance. We are a non-profit section 501 (c) (3) organization and all donations are fully tax deductible.
As with many performance organizations large and small, ticket sales pay only part of the cost. We seek grants from arts councils, sell program advertising, and also encourage sponsorships. We need your financial support to continue to present these quality light operettas. Please consider a contribution at whatever level you can.

If you would like to sponsor the West Michigan Savoyards, here are some suggestions:
- $4,000 will cover the rental of all eight nights we occupy the theatre.
- $500 will cover the cost of renting the theater for a night.
- $2,000 will pay for the orchestra for all four performances.
- $300 will secure tickets for 20 senior citizens to attend a performance.
- $100 will pay for 11 students to attend a performance.
Major show sponsors will be heartily thanked from the stage and will be recognized in the show program. The West Michigan Savoyards is a non-profit section 501 (c) (3) organization and all donations are fully tax deductible.
